Questions

Do I need an NPI to register?

Clinicians are asked for an NPI so we can verify registrations and issue CME certificates correctly. Not sure of yours? Look it up in the NPPES registry. Industry attendees can leave it blank.

How many CME credits?

The Exchange is CME-accredited. The credit total will be announced with the final program.

Can I register my whole team?

Yes. Each attendee registers separately at the same $99 price. For help with a group, write to [email protected].

Where is the full program?

The tentative two-day agenda and faculty are on the Exchange page. Subject to change.
